Apply with a fine or soft eyeshadow brush along the lash line for subtle definition, or blend across the lid for a soft smoky effect. Build gradually for deeper intensity. Use dry for a softer, diffused look or apply with a lightly dampened brush for a more concentrated, bold finish. Can also be layered with lighter tones to create dimension and contrast.
